Are you a stone or a gem? Are you a caterpillar or a butterfly? Are you a word or a book? No matter where you are in your life… you are complete just as you are.
Every stage of your life, every stage of your growth is exactly perfect in and of itself. Your image in the mirror is who you are at the very moment you see yourself. When life experiences happen each day and each moment, the person you see in the mirror shifts, even if it is ever so slight.
Know that the person you are at this moment is not exactly the same person you are when you complete this paragraph. Notice the shift in perception, the new balance of knowledge, the new thoughts that filter in – even in a moment. Notice that you are now made of something different than you were even a short moment ago… and in the difference, with the shift, you are still the same complete person. What are you made of? You are perfection.
Now, that’s Powerful!

Shift is the operative word lately…sometimes our gears get stuck & we want to shift into third gear, yet feel as tho’ we are in Reverse! What do we say to ourselves? What is the message we give our Highest Selves, or our Servo-Mechanism? That place that processes all our thoughts in to actions?? (Psyco-Cybernetics).
Shift Happens! Bless and release…We are on this planet to Love…and in loving, we need to forgive our selves & others. Only in Forgiving is their true Living…
Yes, shift happens and change is ever-present. Love is all there is. And when we can learn to truly love ourselves (often through forgiveness), all else falls into place. Namaste`
